Simon Fleury is SMI’s technical adviser. He is a licensed mechanical engineer with a degree from Université Laval in Québec and, spent the bulk of his career as a partner at a major Canadian spring manufacturer active in the automotive, aerospace and recreational vehicles business. After retiring in 2021, Simon is now a management and technical consultant. He is also a commercial pilot. Simon is available to assist members with spring design and technical issues. He serves as a member of SMI’s technical committee.
